Over the past 23 years FLEX-A-SEAL has evolved into a fully integrated seal manufacturer with worldwide presence. PRODUCTS

Component Seal: A seal consisting of a rotary unit and a stationary seal face. The shaft is first measured and scribed for rotary unit installation, then the gland holding the stationary seal face is fastened and the seal is energized and ready for service. This style of seal is generally used when manufactured glands are supplied with the equipment to provide economic solutions. We supply all styles of component seals ranging from a spring seal with rubber bellows; component pusher seal; component welded metal bellows seal in both single and double configuration.

Integrated Cartridge Seal: FLEX-A-SEAL through innovative research have designed a cartridge seal that is very user friendly, easy to install and even easier to repair using a pre-packaged repair kit. Finally a cartridge seal that features versatility, cost savings and reliability and significant design advantages. This cartridge design is available in single and double configuration using common sleeves, glands and seal parts.

Dual Seals: FLEX-A-SEAL innovation does not end with the ease of lug-lock design, they have engineered some of the best tandem dual seals on the market today that can be installed in an ANSI pump no modifications required. This tandem design can be equipped using a pusher style and or welded metal bellows with a built in pumping ring.

Our commitment is to provide you with a complete auxiliary package which includes supply tanks and associated instrumentation or to assess the current environmental controls to increase seal reliability.

Split Seal: STYLE 85 the world's only split cartridge seal. No measurements; No shims; No special tools; No glue. This unique seal is the only split cartridge seal that can be pressure tested in the factory to ensure greater integrity and peace of mind during installation and start up. Style 85 was engineered as a split internal, hydraulically balanced, stationary seal, mounted outside the stuffing box. These features allow the centrifugal force to keep the solids away from the seal faces while maintaining the ability to handle higher speeds, internal pressure and misalignment. After simply attaching two halves over the shaft the seal mounts like a cartridge.

Our extensive repair service provides options when repairing or replacing our own or competitors seals more quickly and economically. All seals will be reconditioned to original equipment manufactures specifications, or a new FLEX-A-SEAL will be offered as an exchange. We guarantee quick turnaround, providing the customer with a seal that will work as well as or better than the original.
